Salade Printanière

Delicious and colorful, wonderful to complete any Barbecue menu.



Preparation time: 15 - 20 minutes
Serves : 6

Ingredients
  • 3 cups Artichoke quarters Red Feather
  • 1 cup sliced Black olives Red Feather
  • 3 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ cup Olive oil Greek Diamond Lakonia
  • 1 tsp dried Oregano or fresh
  • 1 tsp dried Basil or fresh
  • Parmesan cheese, salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 lb Farfale pasta (cook as per package instructions)
Method
  • Cook pasta as per package instructions.
  • Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
  • Add artichoke quarters Red Feather, sliced black olives Red Feather, cherry tomatoes, parsley, oregano, basil, garlic, olive oil, grated parmesan cheese, salt & pepper.
  • Toss well and serve.
